Collaborative Web Design Project Receives International Gold Award for Creative Excellence

CHARLOTTE, NC. - May 20, 2008 - CC Communications, Inc. and Donald Haack Diamonds & Fine Gems have won recognition in the international 2008 Hermes Creative Awards, sponsored by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. In results recently announced, the Association recognized
CC Communications and Donald Haack Diamonds & Fine Gems with a Gold Award for creative talent that exceeds a high standard of excellence, and website design work that serves as a benchmark for the industry. The award was presented for the new Donald Haack corporate website, produced by CC Communications, and located at http://www.donaldhaack.com. The CC Communications Web development team collaborated closely with Kimberlee Hughes, Operations Manager for Donald Haack Diamonds & Fine Gems, who spearheaded the production of the award-winning website design.

There were about 4,000 entries from throughout the United States and several other countries in the 2008 Hermes Creative Awards competition. The Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing, and design of traditional and emerging media. The competition is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals, an international organization consisting of several thousand marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, media production and free-lance professionals.
